Requirements for the use of plastic suction

Process parameter setting
Space between film pressing workpieces: narrow and long workpieces with width less than 10cm, the space between workpieces shall not be less than 8cm, and workpieces with width greater than 10cm shall not be less than 6cm. The distance between the workpiece and the surface boundary shall not be less than 8cm. The longitudinal spacing shall be in a straight line to reduce airflow resistance.
The width and length of the work-piece plate shall be 6 - 10 mm less than the width and length of the work-piece. The plate on the edge surface shall be rounded with a radius of 3 mm - 5 mm, or rounded with an angle of 3 x 45 ℃. In order to ensure that the PVC film and air between work-pieces are completely injected, the PVC film shall be firmly stuck to the edge of the work-piece. The washer thickness is about 3/4 of the workpiece thickness, which is one of the important measures to ensure that PVC is not pulled white.
Set temperature: According to different PVC films, the set temperature should be between 130 ℃ and 160 ℃. The temperature of ordinary PVC films (compared with smooth PVC films) should be higher, highlighting that PVC films should be lower (to avoid loss, because the temperature is too high).
Assembling time: The preheating time should be from the 1930s to the 1950s (the color of PVC film is different, the preheating time should be different, the light color should be appropriately extended, the dark color should be appropriately shortened; the thickness of PVC film should be appropriately extended, and the thin PVC film should be appropriately shortened), the vacuum time should be in the 1980s, and the pressure should be preheating time+the 10-20s. Trimming requirements
The workpiece processed by the press shall be placed for 20 minutes (to ensure the initial curing of the adhesive) before trimming.
After trimming, use special tools to scrape edges and corners or use 120 # - 180 # sandpaper to chamfer, so that the PVC film is lower than the workpiece surface. Clean the glue mark on the back with thinner such as alcohol. The quality shall be checked during trimming. Repairable parts shall be repaired on the spot, and those that cannot be repaired shall be selected for further treatment.
The workpiece after membrane pressing shall be placed face to face and back to back on a flat material rack. 50 pieces in a stack, with heavy objects pressed on it to prevent deformation of the workpiece. The display time should not be less than 24 hours. It takes 24 hours for the film pressing workpiece to reach the intermediate curing, and it takes 7 days for the workpiece to be fully cured, so it is necessary to ensure that the workpiece is stored for more than 24 hours before packaging.
